Originals of all records presented on the Historic Court Records website are available for research at the Fredericksburg Circuit Court Annex located in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Photocopies of the records may be ordered by mail.

The Fredericksburg Circuit Court Annex, located at 904 Princess Anne St., Suite C4, is normally open to the public at the following times:

Monday through Friday
8:30 a.m. to 12 noon
1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The Annex is closed on all federal and state holidays and on weekends.

The Annex may not be open at all advertised times. Please call the Circuit Court Clerk's Office (540-372-1066) to confirm the availability of the Annex before you visit.

Public parking is available nearby on streets (usually with a 2 hour limit) and in city parking lots located along the river about 2 blocks from the Annex. Limited parking is available in "Visitor" spots at the rear of the Annex.
