Instructions for Ordering Photocopies

Send a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope (SASE) or your email address in order to receive a response.

Your inquiry will be answered with a copy cost (including return postage).

When your payment has been received the copies will be made and shipped to you.

Please be advised that many of the records are lengthy and a copy of "all of the record" can be very expensive. It is recommended that you request only copies of specific documents such as wills, deeds, plats, etc.

Data extracted from records are classified as Remarks. A single Remark may be composed from the content of several documents within a record. Requests for retreival of Remarks data cannot be honored due to staffing limitations.
